100+ Baby Food Ideas

Let me just start this post off by stating that we have been way more lax as far as being stressed about foods this second time around. Also, I am not a doctor so if you are ever anxious about foods please consult your pediatrician. And always remember that you should wait 3-5 days between new foods, and start small and give a 24 hour window for allergic reactions such as rashes etc.

ANNNND last thing: Please ask your pediatrician if you aren’t sure your baby is ready for some of these foods. A few of these recipes and table food ideas are for babies just starting out, but some are for babies who are more advanced in their food journeys. Just be safe!

Alright on to the fun stuff!
